Miniadix started in 1984 with a collaboration between partners Lee Pegrum and Richard Barton.

- Mini Trailer - The End - as seen on the Mini 30 video and program of events.
- Stimpson Mini Bug - as soon on the Mini 30 video.
- Mini Moke
- Shortcake - a shortened Mini
- Mini cabriolets including Tangerine Dream, Mini Tropical.
- Race Car & Retro look-a-likes including a 1380cc Mk1 and a Mini Cooper replica.
- Sumini - The best Mini 4x4 by far!

In the new millenium when most of the Mini ideas had been exhausted yet more concepts were developed by Miniadix including:- Outfits for a Mini fashion show
- SUMP - a Mini musical which told the history of the Mini through sound and motion.
Southern Mini Owners Club
As the founder and Honorary President of the Southern Mini Owners Club, Lee continues to offer the commitee ideas for events, always sticking to her motto to 'Dare to be different'. Along with the active minds of fellow enthusiasts she has been part of crazy ideas such as:- Glow Show
